Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. If you need to cancel your order, please review the details below:

Cancellation Window:
– You can cancel your order up to one day before your selected delivery day.
– Cancellations made after this cut-off may not be eligible for a refund, as we begin preparing fresh produce early to ensure top quality.

How to Cancel:
– To cancel your order, please contact us by email, instagram or whatsapp using the details on our Contact Page.
– Please include your order number and the name used when placing the order.

Refunds on Cancellation:
– If you cancel within the cancellation window, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
– Late cancellations may still receive a partial refund at our discretion, depending on whether preparation or delivery has begun.

Non-Cancellable Orders:
– Orders marked as delivered or out for delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
– In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), please contact us — we’ll always try to help where we can.

Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh produce to your door. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right — here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Freshness Guarantee:
– Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
– Include a clear photo of the product and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Eligibility:
– Wrong item, missing item, or damaged in transit.
– Quality not up to standard.

Not Covered:
– Products left outside due to no one being home without prior arrangement.
– Issues reported after 24 hours.
– Improper handling or storage after delivery.

How Refunds Work:
– Refunds processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
– Partial refunds may be issued based on case review.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh, high-quality meat directly to your door — safely, reliably, and on time.

Delivery Areas:
– Wirral & Liverpool

Delivery Schedule:
Standard delivery days: Tuesday & Friday

– Throughout the year we may close on standard delivery days and open on special days. Available delivery days will be communicated on our instagram account and only available delivery days can be selected on the website.
– Orders must be placed by 9pm the day before for next-day delivery.

 

Delivery Method:
– We deliver using our own chilled vans to ensure your order stays fresh.

If You’re Not Home:
– We’ll contact you, or leave in a pre-agreed safe place.
– We’re not responsible for issues if no arrangement is made.

Handling Perishable Goods:
– Please refrigerate or freeze your order as soon as possible.
– Notify us within 24 hours of any issues.
